MRI Technologist Job in Fairfax, VA

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking an MRI Technologist for a 89-day travel assignment at Fair Oaks Hospital in Fairfax, VA. You will work the night shift, operating advanced imaging equipment in a fast-paced environment.

Position Details

• Schedule: 4x10 nights, 4:00 PM to 2:30 AM, Friday through Monday
• Weekly pay: $2,803.20
• Start date: August 3, 2026
• Facility type: Hospital imaging center

Your Responsibilities

• Operate high-field GE 3T and 1.5T MRI equipment
• Float between outpatient and inpatient settings
• Perform IV placement with strong technical skills
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Participate in on-call rotation (3 times per week)
• Observe holiday requirements (1 major and 1 minor)
• Provide strong customer service to patients and clinical teams

Requirements

• ARRT licensure in MRI
• Minimum 2 years of MRI experience
• BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• Proficiency with Epic EHR system (Radiant module)
• Strong IV skills
• Black scrubs required
