CT Technologist Job in Charleston, SC

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a CT Technologist for a 91-day travel assignment at MUSC Health Charleston. You will work three 12-hour night shifts per week (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM) in a fast-paced imaging environment.

Role Responsibilities:

• Perform approximately 60 CT exams daily, with a target of 6 exams per hour per technologist
• Conduct primarily cardiac imaging studies (approximately 75% of caseload), including coronary CTA and cardiac imaging protocols
• Support routine diagnostic studies, stroke protocols, and Interventional Radiology procedures
• May float to the Interventional Radiology department as needed
• Participate in on-call rotation and holiday rotation schedules
• Attend staff meetings as required
• Perform duties across multiple facility buildings as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of CT technologist experience preferred; 6 months of Level 1 Trauma experience required
• Current BLS certification
• ARRT RT(R)(CT) certification
• SCRQSA (R)(CT) certification
• Active South Carolina radiologic technologist license
• Siemens equipment experience required
• Proficiency with Epic charting system
• Competency in 3D rendering, multiplanar reconstruction, brain perfusion, vascular CTA, trauma imaging, contrast media preparation and administration, radiation safety, peripheral IV placement, and venipuncture

Assignment Details:

• Equipment: Siemens Naeotom Alpha Photon Counting (Somaris 10) and Siemens X.Cite (Somaris 10)
• Patient populations: Adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Dress code: Teal top and black bottom scrubs
• Parking pass available for one-time $20 fee (nights and weekends only)
• Radiation badge supplied by agency
• Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks under guaranteed hours policy

Compensation: $2,462.40 per week. Assignment begins September 28, 2026.
