Job Details:

• Work 12-hour shifts on weekends: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM
• 40 guaranteed hours per week
• On-call responsibilities are required
• 2 years of experience in a Trauma OR setting required
• Prior travel experience of at least one 13-week assignment required
• Nevada State RN license required prior to start
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, and CMP completed within 1 year of start date
• Work in a Level II Trauma OR consisting of 18 operating rooms
• Provide care for patient population ranging from neonates to geriatrics
• Perform and assist with procedures including trauma, neurosurgery (ACDF, spinal fusions, cranial procedures), Da Vinci Xi robotics, urology, vascular, open hearts, general surgery, trauma ortho, pediatrics, plastics, and ENT
• Provide comprehensive nursing services utilizing the nursing process including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Coordinate care between other professionals as needed
• Work in an extremely busy and fast-paced environment
