CVOR Technologist Job in Indianapolis, IN

IU Health Methodist Hospital is seeking a CVOR Technologist for a 91-day travel assignment. You will work 3x12 shifts from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM, with a call requirement of 90–120 hours in a 6-week schedule. Weekly pay is $2,099.52.

Position Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Surgical Tech in a Level 1 Trauma Center
• Current BLS and NBSTSA certifications
• Ability to receive pump lines from perfusion and prepare them for cannulation
• Demonstrated skills in Vascular and Thoracic surgery cases
• Proficiency in at least 3 of 4 core cardiovascular skills

• Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR)
• Thoracic Endovascular Aortic Repair (TEVAR)
• Ventricular Assist Device (VAD)
• Valve Replacement and Aortic Dissection

Preferred Qualifications

• Heart and Lung Transplant and endovascular procedure experience
• Travel healthcare experience (first-time travelers with Level 1 Trauma experience accepted)
• Charting system experience
• Community hospital background

Assignment Details

You will work with adolescent, adult, and geriatric patient populations. Floating within IU Health Methodist Hospital and to nearby affiliate hospitals is required. Up to 5 days of non-holiday time off may be auto-approved; you must work 2 out of 3 major holidays. Assignment begins July 27, 2026.
