About the Role

You will assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care for your assigned patients on a per-shift basis. Your responsibilities include:

• Providing comprehensive patient assessments and developing individualized care plans
• Implementing clinical interventions and monitoring patient outcomes
• Supervising delegated staff to ensure appropriate care delivery
• Supporting facility nursing leadership to maintain high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing standards
• Ensuring clinical staff competency and managing resources effectively in support of patient care

Assignment Details

This position offers 12-hour shifts with a start date of October 20, 2026. You will earn $1,643 per week, with a total contract duration of 91 days. Nacogdoches Medical Center is located in Nacogdoches, Texas, providing you with an opportunity to work in a patient-centered environment.
