OR Circulator RN Job in Cape Girardeau, MO

Mercy Hospital Southeast in Cape Girardeau, MO is seeking an experienced OR Circulator RN for a 91-day travel assignment beginning July 20, 2026. You will work day shifts at $2,102.40 per week, providing direct perioperative patient care in a dynamic surgical environment.

Role Overview

As an OR Circulator, you will serve as the patient's primary advocate throughout the surgical experience. Your responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating perioperative patient care while maintaining a strong focus on patient safety and surgical team coordination.

Schedule

• 3x12-hour day shifts per week
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Maximum of 3 Fridays or Mondays off per 6-week schedule
• On-call requirements average every 6–7 days with rotating weekend call
• Scheduled late shifts as needed to support case completion

Clinical Focus

The position centers on neuro surgery with general surgery responsibilities. You will circulate cases in urology, gynecology, orthopedic procedures, and orthopedic scopes and arthroplasty.

Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum 1+ year of neuro-specific circulating experience
• DaVinci Xi robotic surgery experience for general surgery, urology, and GYN procedures
• Orthopedic surgery experience including scopes and arthroplasty
• Proficiency with Hana Table, Arthrex tower, and Beach Chair positioning
• Current BLS certification (AHA only)
• EPIC electronic medical records system experience
