OR RN Travel Job in Kansas City, MO

You are an RN with strong operating room skills, ready to work as a travel nurse in a Level I trauma center. Research Medical Center in Kansas City, MO is looking for you to join their 18-room operating room department on a 91-day assignment.

What You'll Do

• Assist with a wide range of surgical procedures including cardiac, trauma, orthopedics, neurosurgery, urology, gynecology, and robotics (DaVinci and Mako systems)
• Work in a fast-paced Level I trauma environment
• Document patient care in the Meditech system
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and surgical teams

Assignment Details

• Shift: 3x12 nights (7 p.m. to 7 a.m.)
• Duration: 91 days
• Start date: July 13, 2026
• Weekly pay: $2,284

Requirements

• Current RN license
• BLS certification required
• Demonstrated OR skills and experience

This is a backfill assignment designed to meet immediate staffing needs. You'll work in a busy surgical environment with exposure to multiple specialties and advanced robotic technology.
