Physical Therapist Job in Detroit, MI

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist for a travel contract at Rehabilitation Institute of Michigan (032) in Detroit, MI. This is your opportunity to deliver direct patient care in a specialized rehabilitation setting while gaining experience in a new market.

Position Details:

• Contract duration: 8 to 12 weeks
• Start date: August 28, 2026
• Schedule: 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
• Weekly pay: $2,102.40

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services to patients across the rehabilitation program
• Administer diagnostic tests and therapeutic treatments as prescribed
• Develop functional goals that align with patient and family expectations
• Apply appropriate therapeutic modalities and procedures with proper technique
• Demonstrate knowledge of indications and contraindications for physical therapy interventions

You will work within a multidisciplinary team committed to helping patients regain independence and achieve their rehabilitation goals. Your clinical judgment and patient communication skills are essential to this role.
