Med Surg RN Job in Portland, ME

You'll work as an RN on a 26-bed Medical-Surgical Neuro unit at MMC-P Bramhall Campus in Portland, Maine. This is a 91-day travel assignment starting July 26, 2026.

Schedule & Pay

• 4x12 night shifts (7:00 PM to 7:30 AM or 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM)
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Every other weekend required
• No on-call
• $3,190 weekly

Clinical Role

You'll care for neurosurgical and neuro patients, including those recovering from spinal surgery, spine fractures, brain tumors, seizure disorders, VP shunt placement, head bleeds, traumatic injuries, and joint replacement surgery. Neuro or neurosurgery experience is required for this position.

Patient Care Details

• Patient ratios: 1:5–6 on nights
• Float to other units as needed
