Job Details:

• Work day shifts from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday
• Evening and weekend call required
• Weeknight call shift hours are 3:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Weekend call shift hours are 7:00 AM to 7:00 AM
• Most staff take Saturday and Sunday call together, though not required
• Holiday call required
• Call response time is 30 minutes
• Work in a facility with 4 operating rooms and 1 GI Endoscopy Room
• Average of 10 cases per day
• Common cases include robotic and laparoscopic cholecystectomy, hernia repair, appendectomies, basic orthopedic, gynecology, and podiatry procedures
• Robot and GI experience preferred
• Scrubbing is not required for RNs
• At least 1 OR tech and 1 first assistant staffed per case
• Charting completed in Epic EMR
• Ceil blue scrubs required and provided by facility
• No floating outside of OR except in extreme need situations within designated zone
• Required certification: BLS (AHA)
• BSN not required
• Valid nursing license required for submission
