MRI Technologist Job in Wichita Falls, TX

United Regional is seeking an MRI Technologist for a 91-day travel assignment in Wichita Falls, TX. You'll work Monday through Friday on an evening shift (5x8), earning $2,671 weekly.

Role Overview

You will perform MRI scans across a diverse patient population including adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients. Your responsibilities include executing a wide range of MRI procedures—brain, spine, abdomen, pelvis, extremities, MRA/MRV, MRCP, and perfusion imaging. You'll prepare and administer contrast media, place peripheral IVs, and maintain strict adherence to radiation safety protocols and isolation precautions.

Qualifications Required

• 1 year of MRI experience minimum; 2 years preferred
• Previous travel healthcare experience required
• ARRT (MR or R) or ARMRIT certification
• BLS certification
• Ability to initiate peripheral IVs
• Knowledge of radiation safety and PPE protocols

Preferred Qualifications

• Epic charting experience
• Philips equipment experience
• Trauma Level I and II facility experience

You'll have access to interdisciplinary support services including IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, radiology, pharmacy, and more. This assignment begins October 5, 2026.
