MRI Technologist Job in College Station, TX

CHI St Joseph Health College Station Hospital is seeking an MRI Technologist for a travel position. You'll work a Monday through Friday schedule with a 7:30 AM start time, plus one week of on-call rotation every month (5:00 PM to 6:00 AM weekdays, and 24 hours on weekend days). Rotational holiday on-call coverage is also required.

In this single-modality role, you'll perform MSK, Neuro, and Body scans for inpatients and outpatients in both clinic and hospital settings, averaging 10 scans per day. Your responsibilities include starting IVs and performing Creatinine draws as needed. You may be asked to float between two campus locations approximately 16 minutes apart and may precept other staff as needed.

Required qualifications and experience:

• BLS certification (AHA)
• ARRT (MR) certification
• Medical Radiologic Technologist license issued by the Texas Medical Board (TMB)
• Experience with 1.5T equipment (required)
• Experience with Philips and/or Siemens equipment (highly preferred)

You'll work with EMR systems including Meditech, Synapse (PACS), and MEDHOST. Black scrubs are required and not provided by the facility.

Position details: This is a non-supervisor, non-lead MRI Tech position. The assignment is 84 weeks, beginning August 10, 2026. You'll work 5x8 days (40 hours per week) at a weekly pay rate of $2,436.
