PT - Physical Therapist

Job Details:

• Monday through Friday shifts, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• No weekend or on-call requirements
• Float between inpatient and outpatient settings (approximately 80% inpatient and 20% outpatient depending on census or preference)
• Treat approximately 7 treatment hours per day
• Common diagnoses include general SNF, wounds, ortho, neuro, debility, fractures, orthopedic injuries, sports injuries, neck pain, and a small percentage of neurological and amputation cases
• Cover both inpatient and outpatient areas including acute, observation, skilled, and wound care patients
• No acutely ill patients at this campus; specialized cases are referred to a sister facility
• Wound care experience preferred but not required
• Inpatient and outpatient experience required
• May be asked to precept as needed
• Maroon scrubs required (not provided by facility)
• Charting system: MEDITECH
• Required certifications: BLS Certification
• Texas and national PT license required
