OR RN Circulator Job in Glendale, AZ

You'll work as an RN Circulator at Banner Surgery Center—Thunderbird in Glendale, Arizona, on a 5x8 day shift schedule. This 84-day travel assignment runs from June 15, 2026, and pays $2,166.64 per week.

Your primary responsibilities include:

• Assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting patient nursing care in accordance with organizational policies and professional standards
• Performing comprehensive patient assessments—physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, cultural—and identifying discharge planning needs
• Reviewing patient histories, physical exams, diagnostics, and lab data; reporting abnormal findings to physicians and appropriate caregivers
• Formulating and implementing individualized plans of care based on patient-specific needs and medical directives
• Providing direct patient care through coordination, delegation, and supervision of the healthcare team
• Evaluating patient and family responses to care and teaching, revising the care plan as needed
• Documenting assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation accurately and timely in patient records
• Participating in shared leadership initiatives and contributing to education, role development, and orientation of facility personnel
• Providing relief charge duties and supporting department workflow as needed

Requirements: You must hold a current, valid RN license in Arizona and possess an Associate's Degree or Diploma in Nursing (or higher). BLS and ACLS certifications are required; PALS is required within 90 days if assigned to pediatric ASC services. You need a minimum of one year of licensed RN experience in the OR, or enrollment in the PeriOp101 program with successful completion within four months (for full-time or part-time roles). PRN positions require a minimum of two years of OR experience. You must be able to stand, walk, bend, squat, reach, and stretch frequently, and may be required to lift up to 75 pounds. Standard precautions apply due to potential exposure to blood and bodily fluids.
