Surgical Technologist Job in Cumming, GA

Northside Hospital Forsyth is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist for a travel assignment in Cumming, GA. You will work 4x10 day shifts, Monday through Thursday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM on the 660F Surgery unit.

Assignment Details:

• Duration: 89 days
• Start date: November 9, 2026
• Weekly pay: $1,745
• Shift: 4x10 days

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of recent surgical technology experience
• AHA BLS certification required
• NBSTA or NCCT certification preferred
• Must work 2 of the following major holidays: Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, or New Year's Day
• Must work 1 minor holiday: the Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve

As a Certified Surgical Technologist, you will support surgical teams in the operating room, preparing equipment and instruments, positioning patients, and assisting surgeons and nursing staff throughout procedures. Your attention to detail, sterile technique, and ability to anticipate surgical needs are essential.

This position is restricted to travel healthcare professionals; local candidates within 50 miles are not considered. You will be an independent contractor working as part of ADEX Healthcare Staffing's travel network.
