About this role

IU Health Fishers Hospital is seeking an experienced Cath Lab Technologist to join our Radiology and Cardiology team. You will work in a dynamic cardiac catheterization laboratory supporting a range of diagnostic and interventional procedures.

Position Details

  • Schedule: 4x10-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
  • Guaranteed 40 hours per workweek
  • On-call required 10–11 days per month
  • Must work 2 out of 3 major holidays
  • 84-week assignment starting July 27, 2026
  • Weekly pay: $3,110.40

Responsibilities

You will perform and assist with cardiac catheterization procedures, including left and right heart catheterizations, coronary interventions, peripheral diagnostic and interventional procedures, structural heart cases such as PFO closures, and electrophysiology device procedures. You will maintain sterile technique throughout all procedures and operate Philips equipment. Floating within the hospital and to nearby affiliate hospitals is required. You will work with adult patients.

Required Qualifications

  • Allied Health Professional credential
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in cardiac catheterization
  • Indiana state license in hand prior to submission—pending licenses not accepted
  • ACLS certification
  • ARRT R or CCI RCIS certification
  • Scrubbing experience in the cardiac cath lab
  • Demonstrated competency in angioplasty, carotid stenting, interventional radiology, mesenteric angiogram, paracentesis, percutaneous transhepatic cholangiogram, renal artery stent placement, sterile field maintenance, stent placement, ureteral stent placement, and ablations

Preferred Qualifications

  • Interventional radiology experience
  • McKesson charting system experience
