ED RN Job in Framingham, MA

Join MetroWest Medical Center in Framingham as an Emergency Department RN. You will provide direct clinical care to assigned patients, working 4x12 night shifts over a 91-day travel assignment beginning June 10, 2026.

Your Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per-shift basis
• Supervise delegated staff and ensure appropriate care delivery
• Support facility nursing leadership to maintain high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care
• Monitor and ensure competency of clinical staff
• Manage resources effectively in support of patient care
