Occupational Therapist Job in Columbus, NE

Join Columbus Wellness Center as an Occupational Therapist in a dynamic outpatient setting with inpatient capability. You will work alongside a highly trained therapy team, treating adult patients across a range of specialized conditions and care needs.

Your Role:

• Deliver occupational therapy in both outpatient and inpatient settings
• Treat adults with lymphedema, post-concussion syndrome, hand therapy conditions, and other diagnoses
• Perform hand therapy and splinting in the outpatient area
• Apply dry needling techniques as part of treatment plans
• Document patient care in Clinicient GO (WebPT) for outpatient services and AllScripts/Paragon Clinical Care Station for inpatient services

Required Credentials and Certifications:

• Nebraska Occupational Therapist license
• PAMs certification or eligibility
• Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) certification
• Hand therapy skills
• BLS certification from American Heart Association
• CPI or MOAB certification (MOAB training available on-site if needed)

Position Details:

• Schedule: 5x8 days per week
• Duration: 89 weeks
• Start date: August 24, 2026
• Weekly pay: $2,611
• Dress code: Scrubs in any color; scrubs must not display names of other healthcare facilities
