Occupational Therapist Job in Columbus, NE

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a travel assignment at South Campus in Columbus, Nebraska. This is a full-time position working 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts, with a start date of November 30, 2026. The assignment runs for 89 days.

Position Details:

• Weekly pay: $2,451
• Shift: 5x8 Days
• Facility: South Campus
• Duration: 89 days

Requirements:

• Active Occupational Therapist license in the State of Nebraska or a compact state
• Active BLS certification issued through the American Heart Association (AHA)
• Valid driver's license and active auto insurance (must be able to drive own vehicle; HCP's name required on policy)
• CPI or MOAB certification required; if not currently certified, training must be completed on site
• Prior clinical experience required; no new graduates accepted
• Respiratory fit test to be completed on site
• Skills checklist to be completed within one year of submission
• Two professional references from work history within the past three years (one must be from a supervisor)

Additional Information:

• iPad will be supplied for charting
• Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) certification preferred
