Cardiac Cath Lab RN Job in Pasadena, TX

You will work as a Registered Nurse in the Cardiac Cath Lab at HCA Houston Southeast in Pasadena, Texas. This is a 13-week travel assignment starting November 16, 2026.

Schedule and Pay

• Standard hours: 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday (5x8 days)
• On-call begins after cases end daily
• On-call coverage required 24 hours at a time Friday through Sunday
• Night shift consists of call only with 2 RNs and 1 tech each night
• Weekly pay: $2,536

Role Responsibilities

• Patient ratio is 3 to 4 staff per patient
• Perform procedures including heart caths, CTO, high-risk PCI, ablations (AFib, AFL, SVT, PVC), device implantation (PPM, ICD, Watchman), peripheral angio with and without intervention, ECMO cannulation, and thrombectomy
• Work with equipment including X-ray, Impella, Penumbra, IABP, various stents, sheaths, wires, guides, and atherectomy devices
• No floating required

Requirements

• Previous cardiac cath lab experience required
• Required certification: Radiology Technologist or RCIS
• EMR systems used: Hemomerge and Meditech Expanse
