RN - Radiology

Job Details:

• Work 4x10 hour shifts Monday through Saturday during day/evening hours
• Weekday and weekend on-call requirements
• Holiday coverage per unit needs
• Provide care for patients undergoing CT scans, MRIs, Nuclear Medicine scans, X-rays, and ultrasounds
• Work in high energy diagnostic imaging environment
• Required to wear hospital issued and laundered scrub pants and tops
• Additional infection prevention measures required when working in procedural areas
• 2 years registered nursing experience required
• 2 years interventional radiology (IR) experience required
• Telemetry experience required
• Medical/Surgical experience preferred
• New York RN license required (ONLY)
• Required certifications: BLS and ACLS (American Heart Association ONLY)
• Strong communication skills and critical thinking abilities essential
• Must be team oriented, enthusiastic, flexible, and organized
