Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg

Job Details:

• Work in a 22-bed Medical Surgical unit with a 5:1 patient-to-nurse ratio
• Care for general medical surgical patients including management of Heparin drips
• Float across all campuses as required
• Weekend schedule typically every other weekend, flexible depending on department needs
• No on-call responsibilities
• Scrubs color required: Navy Blue
• At least 24 months of Med Surg, Medical Surgical, Tele, or Telemetry experience required
• Previous travel experience within the past 18 months required
• EPIC electronic medical records system experience required
• De-escalation certificate (MAB, MOAB, CPI, or SAMA) highly preferred
• Trauma Level I experience highly preferred
• Active Iowa nursing license or compact/multistate license required
• Required certification: BLS (AHA)
