RN - Case Management

Job Details:

• Work 8-hour day shifts from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Work within the Emergency Department supporting a readmission initiative
• Floating required - travelers are first to float and may float to sister campuses
• All requested time off must be submitted at time of application
• 2 years of Case Management experience required
• Acute care experience required
• Prior travel experience required
• Degree accreditation must be on profile or must have 5 years of experience
• Florida or Compact nursing license required with recent Nursys verification
• Required certification: BLS
• Must be able to function as core staff within the unit
• 50-mile radius rule from permanent address applies
