Med Surg RN Job in Memphis, Tennessee

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is hiring an RN for a Med Surg position at St. Francis Medical Center - Park in Memphis, Tennessee. This is a 91-day travel nursing contract starting June 15, 2026.

Position Details

• Specialty: Medical-Surgical Nursing
• Shift: 3x12 nights, 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM
• Duration: 91 days
• Weekly Pay: $1,762.56
• Required Scrub Color: Ceil blue or white

Your Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients each shift
• Supervise staff to whom appropriate care is delegated
• Support high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care across the unit
• Ensure competency of clinical staff and appropriate resource management related to patient care
• Work across multiple unit types including Neuro Telemetry, Cardiac Stepdown, and Post Op floors

Unit Staffing Ratios

• Med Surg: 1:7 or 1:8 patient-to-nurse ratio
• Cardiac Stepdown: 1:4 patient-to-nurse ratio
• Post Op: 1:6 to 1:7 patient-to-nurse ratio

You will be an RN with a current license and the ability to work nights in a fast-paced medical-surgical environment. This assignment offers exposure to multiple unit types and the opportunity to grow your clinical skills across different patient populations.
