Telemetry RN Job in Muskegon, MI

Trinity Health Muskegon is seeking an RN for our Telemetry unit. You will work the night shift, providing direct patient care and monitoring in a medical-surgical telemetry environment.

Position Details

• Schedule: 3 shifts per week, 12.5 hours each (7:00 PM–7:30 AM)
• Duration: 90 days
• Start date: August 24, 2026
• Weekly pay: $2,280

Role Responsibilities

As an RN on our Telemetry unit, you will monitor patients' cardiac rhythms and vital signs, respond to alarm conditions, and coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team. You will manage patient admissions and discharges, administer medications and treatments as ordered, and maintain accurate electronic health records. Your experience in medical-surgical telemetry nursing is essential to success in this role.

Required Qualifications

• Current RN license in Michigan
• Experience in medical-surgical telemetry nursing
