Telemetry RN Job in Lansing, MI

Join McLaren Greater Lansing as a Registered Nurse (RN) in our Telemetry unit. This 91-day travel assignment begins October 19, 2026, and offers you the opportunity to provide specialized care to patients who require continuous cardiac monitoring and close observation.

Your Role

You will deliver telemetry nursing care by continuously tracking patients' vital signs and heart rhythms using automated monitoring equipment, including EKG interpretation. Your patients are often acutely ill and stepping down from intensive care, requiring close observation for heart disease and other serious conditions. You will work a night shift schedule of three 12-hour shifts per week, every other weekend, with no on-call responsibilities.

Requirements

• Current Michigan nursing license
• Minimum 2 years of RN Telemetry experience
• BLS certification (AHA) required
• NIH stroke training required
• NIHSS and ACLS preferred

Compensation and Schedule

You will earn $2,098 weekly while working nights. This assignment runs 91 days and provides stable scheduling without unexpected on-call demands, allowing you to balance work and personal time.
