PACU RN Job in Rochester, NY

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking an RN for a 117-day travel assignment in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) at URMC Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester, NY. You will work 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule that includes days, evenings, and nights, with holidays, weekends, on-call, and callback responsibilities as needed. This position offers $2,419.56 weekly.

In this role, you will recover post-operative adult patients in a high-volume, high-acuity PACU setting. You'll work as part of a collaborative nursing team in a fast-paced environment caring for a wide variety of post-op patients. As part of a Level 1 trauma center, you'll need excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently while managing complex patient needs during the critical post-operative period.

Requirements:

• Current New York RN License
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience
• PACU experience required; ICU experience preferred
• BLS certification (American Heart Association)
• ACLS certification (American Heart Association)
