CT Technologist Job in Charleston, SC

MUSC Health Charleston is seeking a CT Technologist for a 91-day travel assignment. You'll work the night shift—4 consecutive 10-hour shifts Monday through Thursday, 8:30 PM to 7:00 AM—at the main campus.

What You'll Do

• Perform CT procedures including Level 1 Trauma, routine studies, outpatient imaging, cardiac, and interventional radiology procedures
• Operate Siemens equipment including Force, Go.Top, and Somatom Definition systems
• Float within scope across all buildings and sister facilities to meet facility needs
• Chart in Epic
• Work with adolescents, adults, and geriatric patient populations

Requirements

• Active South Carolina license in hand at start date—pending licenses not accepted
• Current BLS, ARRT RT(R)(CT), and SCRQSA(R)(CT) certifications
• Minimum 6 months Level 1 Trauma experience; 1 year total experience preferred
• Hands-on experience with PIV access, Siemens equipment, and Level 1 Trauma protocols
• IR/Angio/Special Procedures experience including biopsies and drainage preferred

Assignment Details

• Weekly pay: $2,760
• Guaranteed hours with facility option to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
• 40-hour orientation period
• Holiday rotation required; no on-call
• Attend all staff meetings
• Radiation badge provided by agency—facility does not supply badges to travelers
• Dress code: teal top and black bottom scrubs
• Start date: October 26, 2026
