Emergency Room RN Job in Denver, CO

Join HCA HealthONE Rose CO as a registered nurse in the Emergency Department. You'll work three 12-hour night shifts weekly from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, providing direct patient care in a fast-paced, acute care setting.

Role Responsibilities

• Manage a patient ratio of 1:4 in an 11-bed emergency department
• Perform EKG monitoring, IV insertions, and medication administration
• Assist with conscious sedation and wound care procedures
• Operate GE monitors and Baxter infusion pumps
• Document patient care using Meditech EMR system
• Collaborate with two RNs per shift available 24/7

Required Qualifications

• Current RN license
• Minimum 1 year of acute care ED experience
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification
• Current ENPC certification
• Current NIH certification
• Current PALS certification
• Ability to work mid-shift and night shift schedules

Preferred Qualifications

• ER charge RN experience
• Willingness to float between ED departments
• Positive, flexible, and team-player approach to patient care

Assignment Details

• Duration: 91 days

• Weekly pay: $1,708.20
