ICU - Intensive Care Unit

RN - ICU

Job Details:

• Work 3 twelve-hour night shifts per week from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• 13-week assignment
• Some weekend shifts required
• First to float to all units within the hospital
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Unit is cardiac heavy with vasoactive drips and rhythm knowledge preferred
• PCU is a designated stroke unit
• Nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:4 in PCU, lower ratio in ICU
• 18-bed unit
• Acute care setting
• Scrub color: Royal Blue
• Charting system: MEDITECH (experience highly preferred)
• BSN not required
• Cancellation policy: 1 shift per 4 weeks; overtime shifts can be cancelled at will
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
