Cath Lab Technologist Job in Olney, MD

You'll work as a Cath Lab Technologist at MedStar Montgomery Medical Center in Olney, MD. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning July 13, 2026.

Schedule & Compensation

• 5x8 day shifts: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 7:00 AM–3:30 PM; Wednesday 9:00 AM–5:30 PM
• 40 hours guaranteed per week
• $2,872.80 weekly pay
• No on-call or weekend responsibilities
• Every other holiday required

Your Responsibilities

• Scrub for interventional radiology, vascular, and pain management procedures
• Support tunneled catheter placements, embolizations, drain placements, and PEG tube placements
• Assist with pain management procedures including epidural blocks and radiofrequency ablations
• Support vascular procedures: angiograms, thrombectomies, fistulograms, and IVC filter placements
• Work with adult and geriatric patients in a 2-room unit
• Operate Philips Azurion C-arm and portable C-arm equipment
• Chart using the Cerner system

Required Qualifications

• Allied Health Professional degree
• Minimum 2 years Cath Lab experience with documented travel experience
• Interventional radiology (IR) experience mandatory
• Current Maryland license
• ARRT-R, ACLS, and BLS certifications
• Fluoroscopy permit
• Successful completion of Relias EKG Rhythm Interpretation Exam with minimum 80% overall score and 100% on lethal rhythms
• Proficiency with Philips Azurion C-arm and portable C-arm
• Experience with Cerner charting system
