Job Details:

• Work in the Operating Room unit on a 13-week assignment
• Schedule to be provided by manager
• Required to take 3-4 on-call shifts every 6 weeks, each 8 hours in length
• On-call requires availability within 30 miles or 30 minutes to campus
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the OR required
• Level II Trauma center experience preferred, with exposure to trauma, neuro, ortho spine, general surgery, robotics, and eyes/ENT
• Must have active VA or Compact License in hand at time of submission
• Required certification: BLS
• Ortho skills required
• EPIC experience required; number of months of EPIC experience within the past year must be provided
• All travelers must attend either an accelerated or 2-day EPIC class prior to starting
• Floating, if required, will be in rotation with staff in accordance with facility policies and Joint Commission standards
• Keep requested time off to a minimum; no requests for a full calendar week off preferred during assignment
• Expect to work some holidays; time off approved at manager discretion
• Smoke and nicotine-free facility
