Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg

Job Details:

• Work on a 40-bed Med-Surg unit (5 West)
• Schedule requires 36 hours per week with rotating weekends
• Patient ratio of 1:7 per shift
• Unit staffing includes 1 clinical nurse coordinator, 7 nurses, 4 PCTs, and 1 UC per shift
• Documentation system: Meditech
• Perform procedures including EKGs, glucometer checks, and venipuncture
• Work with regular medical equipment standard for a Med-Surg unit
• Contract labor is first to float to like units per floating policy
• Minimum 1 year of Med-Surg RN experience required
• Required certification: BLS
• Current GA RN license required
• Dress code: Royal blue top and bottom
