Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg

Job Details:

• Scheduled in accordance with facility policy with every other weekend and holidays in rotation
• 2 weekends per month required
• 1+ year of experience acceptable
• Unit is a 24-bed Med Surg unit with a patient ratio of 1:6
• PCTs available at a 1:8 or 1:12 ratio with unit secretary available on day shift
• Documentation system: Meditech Expanse
• Standard hospital equipment used
• Floating policy includes float to other Med Surg unit, ED to care for Med Surg holds, or ICU/PCU to care for Med Surg level patients
• Patient experience requirements include bedside shift report and safety rounding
• Experience caring for general Med Surg patients required
• Required certification: BLS
• Required dress code: Navy blue
