Occupational Therapist Job in Grand Haven, MI

Trinity Health Grand Haven is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a 90-day travel assignment beginning December 21, 2026. You will work day shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with Christmas and New Year's holidays off.

About the Role

As an Occupational Therapist, you will provide patient-centered therapy services and contribute to interdisciplinary care teams. Your responsibilities will include assessment, treatment planning, and documentation using Epic electronic health records. You will engage with patients across various settings to help them achieve functional independence and improve quality of life.

• Duration: 90 days
• Schedule: 5x8 day shifts (8:00 AM to 4:30 PM)
• Weekly Pay: $2,460

Required Qualifications

• Current Michigan state license as an Occupational Therapist
• BLS certification
• Epic electronic health records experience
