Pharmacist

Opportunity:

Pharmacist - Pharmacist Inpatient

Job Details:

• 40 hours per week, shifts between 6:00 AM and 7:00 PM
• Weekend coverage every 3rd or 4th Saturday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• No on-call requirements
• Holiday coverage as needed
• Inpatient or outpatient oncology experience required
• IV trained with experience in hazardous and non-hazardous medication preparations required
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Pennsylvania state pharmacist license required and must be in hand prior to working
• EPIC Beacon experience required
• Required certifications: BCPS, BLS, Chemo/Hazardous Drug, IV Certification, PharmD, RPh
• Required skills: Chemotherapy, clinical dosing, compounding, geriatric dosing, inpatient/acute care, IV piggyback, IV push medications, oncology, pediatric dosing, pharmacokinetic dosing, Pyxis, renal dosing, and sterile technique
• Care for patients across all age groups including neonates, infants, adolescents, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics
• May float to an additional location approximately 2 miles away
• Maximum of 7 days of requested time off per contract
