Pharmacist

Opportunity:

Pharmacist - Pharmacist Inpatient

Job Details:

• 40 hours per week between 6:00 AM and 7:00 PM
• Weekend coverage every 3rd or 4th Saturday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• No on-call requirements
• Holiday coverage as needed
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Pennsylvania state pharmacist license required and must be in hand prior to submission
• EPIC Beacon experience required
• Pyxis experience required
• Required certifications: BLS, RPh
• Skills required include: inpatient/acute care, mail order, retail pharmacy, skilled nursing, clinical dosing, pharmacokinetic dosing, therapeutic medication monitoring, compounding, IV piggyback, and IV push medications
• Serves patient age groups including neonates, infants, adolescents, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics
• Maximum requested time off of 7 days per contract
• Tobacco and fragrance free facility
