ED Registered Nurse Job in Atlanta, GA

Grady Memorial Hospital is hiring a Registered Nurse for its Emergency Department. You will join a high-acuity ED team in a large facility setting, caring for diverse patient populations in a fast-paced environment.

Role Overview

You will provide direct nursing care to adult and pediatric emergency patients, including trauma cases. This position offers 3 shifts of 12 hours per week during night hours, with a 110-day contract beginning September 21, 2026. Weekly compensation is $1,896.

Requirements

• Current RN licensure
• Minimum 4 years of well-rounded adult and pediatric emergency nursing experience
• Large facility experience required
• Level 1 trauma experience preferred
• BLS certification (required)
• ACLS certification (required)
• PALS certification (required)
• TNCC certification (preferred)
• ENPC certification (preferred)

What You'll Do

You will work in a large emergency department with a high-acuity patient population. Your responsibilities include conducting patient assessments, implementing nursing interventions, collaborating with the interprofessional team, and maintaining accurate documentation. You must be comfortable managing both adult and pediatric emergencies in a dynamic setting.
