Physical Therapist Job in Monmouth, IL

OSF Holy Family Medical Center in Monmouth, Illinois is seeking a Physical Therapist for an outpatient care setting. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning September 14, 2026.

Position Details

• Schedule: Monday through Friday, 5x8 flex shifts with hours from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (some flexibility on start and end times available)
• Setting: Outpatient care
• Electronic health record system: EPIC
• Weekly pay: $2,821

Requirements

• Active Illinois Physical Therapist license required, or confirmation that your application process has been initiated
• BLS Certification required
• Therapy degree

You will provide direct patient care in an outpatient physical therapy environment, working within a structured Monday-to-Friday schedule that allows for some flexibility in your daily start and end times. Your charting will be completed in the EPIC system. This assignment offers the stability of a consistent weekday schedule without weekend or holiday obligations.

If you hold an active Illinois license or have already begun your licensure application process, and you maintain current BLS certification, you meet the core requirements for this role. A BSN is not required.
