Physical Therapist Job in Princeton, IL

ADEX Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 105-day travel assignment at OSF Saint Clare Medical Center in Princeton, IL. You'll work Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, in a primarily outpatient setting.

About the Role

You'll evaluate and treat patients across general orthopedics, neurology, and gait treatment, working with a 90% outpatient and 10% inpatient caseload. Your responsibilities include:

• Assessing patients' physical and functional status and establishing therapy goals
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans aligned with patient objectives
• Documenting patient progress and status in the EPIC system
• Collaborating with patients, families, and the broader treatment team
• Restoring and improving patients' physical function through evidence-based therapy

Requirements

• Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy (those licensed prior to 2016 are exempt from this requirement)
• Active Illinois license or confirmation that application process has been initiated
• Illinois License Waiver accepted
• BLS Certification
• Valid state driver's license preferred

Skills You'll Need

Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, proficiency with Microsoft software and EPIC charting, analytical and problem-solving skills, and meticulous attention to detail.

Assignment Details

Start date: September 28, 2026. Weekly pay: $2,880. This is a full-time, 5x8 schedule offering steady work in a supportive healthcare environment.
