Physical Therapist Job in Peru, IL

OSF HealthCare Saint Elizabeth Medical Center in Peru, IL is seeking a Physical Therapist for a 91-day travel assignment. You will work a Monday through Friday schedule, with the flexibility to work two days until 6:00 PM. A four 10-hour day schedule is also available.

About the Role

You will deliver patient-centered, one-on-one care in an outpatient setting to a diverse population. Your primary caseloads will include patients with orthopedic and neurological conditions. You will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions designed to maximize patient function and outcomes.

Requirements

• Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy (those licensed prior to 2016 are exempt from this requirement)
• Active Illinois Physical Therapy license
• BLS certification (AHA)
• CPR certification
• Proficiency with EPIC charting system
• Proficiency with Microsoft software
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
• Valid state driver's license (preferred)
• Previous experience as a Physical Therapist (preferred)
