Physical Therapist Job in Mendota, IL

OSF Saint Paul Medical Center is seeking a Physical Therapist for an outpatient care setting in Mendota, Illinois. This is a 91-day travel position starting October 5, 2026.

Schedule and Compensation

• Monday through Friday, 5x8 days (40 hours per week)
• Weekend and holiday rotation required
• Weekly pay: $2,821

About the Role

You will evaluate patients' physical and functional status, establish therapy goals, and formulate individualized treatment plans consistent with patient needs. You will provide appropriate patient care, document progress in the EPIC charting system, and communicate effectively with patients, families, and treatment team members. You will also assist physical therapy technicians and assistants in resolving clinical and operational problems.

Required Qualifications

• Active Illinois physical therapy license or confirmation that application process has been initiated
• Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy (required for those licensed after 2016)
• BLS Certification
• CPR Certification (must be obtained within 90 days of start date)
• Valid state driver's license
