Physical Therapist

Opportunity:

PT - Outpatient

Job Details:

• 30 hours per week working 3 shifts of 10 hours each
• Scheduled days are Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday
• Every Saturday shift required
• No on-call responsibilities
• Provide physical therapy services in both hospital-based outpatient and inpatient acute swing settings
• Minimum 2 years of current Physical Therapy experience required
• Outpatient experience required
• Inpatient experience highly preferred
• New graduates will not be considered
• Active American Heart Association BLS certification required
• New Hampshire state physical therapy license required
• Physical Therapy skills checklist required at time of submission
• One supervisory signed reference from the past year of employment required
• Permanent address must be included in submission file
• All licenses and certifications must be current and in hand at time of submission
• Housing should be researched prior to submission
