Emergency Room RN Job in Morristown, VT

Copley Health Systems, Inc is seeking a registered nurse for a rotating shift position in the Emergency Room in Morristown, VT. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning October 19, 2026, with weekly compensation of $2,188.

Your Role

You will deliver age-specific, direct patient care in the emergency room setting. You will provide nursing care utilizing the Nursing Process within the framework of the Department of Nursing Standards of Patient Care and Specialty Specific Standards of Patient Care. You will assume leadership responsibilities including delegation of work to other levels of employees.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive, age-appropriate patient care in a fast-paced emergency environment
• Apply nursing process and departmental standards to guide clinical decision-making
• Lead and delegate tasks to nursing assistants and other team members
• Maintain compliance with all applicable State and Federal laws, regulations, and policies governing the provision of health care
• Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary team members and patients

Required Qualifications

You must hold a valid RN license and maintain active certifications in the following: ACLS, BLS, TNCC, PALS or ENPC, NRP, and de-escalation. All certifications must be active prior to your start date, or you must have a renewal plan in place.
