PT - Physical Therapist

Job Details:

• 13-week contract assignment
• Day shift hours from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
• Rotating weekends every 3 to 4 weekends
• No on-call requirements
• Acute care experience including ICU/CCU required as provider may be the only PT on weekends
• Experience with LVAD, Impella, Balloon Pump, and cardiac surgeries required
• CWS - Certified Wound Specialist or Board Certification in Wound Care preferred
• Wound care experience preferred but not required
• Perform physical therapy services for patients undergoing open heart, TAVR, and LVAD implant procedures
• EMR system: Meditech
• Dress code: Caribbean blue or khaki bottom scrubs with navy polo top
