Opportunity:

Radiology / Cardiology - Cath Lab Tech

Job Details:

• Must have peripheral/TAVR experience and experience with structural hearts
• Weekends included in call requirements
• Call schedule includes 5 weekdays and 1 weekend with 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM on-site requirement every 6 weeks
• Floating within facility and scope of practice as needed
• Minimum 2 years of experience required; unit does not accept first-time travelers
• Travel experience required
• Maximum 7 days of pre-approved time off per contract
• If one or two major holidays fall during assignment period, traveler is expected to work all of them; if three major holidays fall during assignment period, traveler is expected to work two of them
• Major holidays include: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving/Black Friday, Christmas Eve/Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve/New Year's Day
• Epic charting system experience required
• Community hospital experience preferred
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, ARRT R or CCI RCIS
• Required skills include: Cardiac Implant Closure Device, Cardiac Stent Placement, Diagnostic Cardiac Cath Lab, Diagnostic Catheterizations (Adult), Electrophysiology (EP) Lab, Equipment Setup, IABP Placement/Removal, Interpretation of Dysrhythmias, Interventional Cardiac Cath Lab, Isolation Precautions/PPE, Left Heart Catheterization, Maintains Equipment, Percutaneous Coronary Interventions (PCI), Percutaneous Transluminal Coronary Angioplasty (PTCA), Recognition of Life-Threatening Arrhythmias, Right Heart Catheterization, Room Circulator, Rotablator Atherectomy, Scrub Procedures, Scrub - Maintain Sterile Field, Sterile Technique, Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR), and Use of Rapid Response/Code Teams
