ICU RN Night Shift Job in Clarkston, WA

You will work nights in a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital ICU/PCU unit at Tri-State in Clarkston, Washington. This is a 91-day travel assignment beginning November 16, 2026, with weekly pay of $2,551.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in the ICU and PCU, with flexibility to float to the Med Surg unit as needed
• Assess patient and family education needs and deliver appropriate teaching
• Implement patient safety protocols including proper use of side rails, restraints, and equipment in compliance with facility restraint policy
• Operate all equipment safely in PCU, Telemetry, and Med Surg areas; troubleshoot and coordinate repairs of essential equipment
• Apply infection control and isolation procedures using proper techniques and documentation
• Maintain standard precautions at all times
• Document patient status, nursing interventions, and patient responses completely, accurately, and concisely
• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of physician orders; complete 24-hour order checks when applicable to your shift
• Deliver thorough and accurate change-of-shift reports to oncoming staff
• Communicate effectively with other departments and report critical lab values to physicians in a timely manner per policy
• Maintain and restock emergency carts, room supplies, and general unit supplies

Requirements:

• Current RN license valid in Washington State or multi-state compact
• Experience in ICU, PCU, and Med Surg patient care
• Willingness to float between units as needed
