ICU RN Job in Burien, WA

St Anne Hospital is seeking an RN for a 91-day travel assignment in the Intensive Care Unit. You will work 12-hour night shifts on a 3x per week schedule, with every other weekend required. This is a primary ICU placement with potential to float to progressive care and med-surg units as needed, and you may be called to other Region One facilities within reasonable distance.

Clinical Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 2:1 in ICU (3:1 stretch) and 3:1 in PCU (4:1 stretch)
• Care for patients with diagnoses including COVID, respiratory failure, cardiac arrest, sepsis, and DKA
• Manage ventilated patients, cath lab recovery cases, and therapeutic hypothermia protocols
• Titrate critical drips including sedation, pressors, diuretics, insulin, and Amiodarone
• Interpret your own cardiac monitor strips with remote tech support available
• Collaborate with intensivists (0800-1500), hospitalists (24 hours), and respiratory therapy (24/7)

Position Details:

• Weekly pay: $2,399
• Start date: October 5, 2026
• Assignment length: 91 days
• One orientation shift (12 hours) provided
• No on-call or standby requirements
• Holidays rotate with permanent staff
• Any colored professional scrubs permitted

Requirements:

• Current RN license
• ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Experience with ventilated patients and critical care drips
• BSN not required
