Telemetry RN Job in Peterborough, NH

Join Monadnock Community Hospital as a Registered Nurse on our Telemetry unit. This is a temporary travel position offering you the opportunity to develop your skills in a critical access hospital setting while maintaining a predictable schedule.

Position Details

• Specialty: Telemetry
• Shift: Three 12-hour night shifts per week
• Schedule: Every other weekend required
• Duration: 91 days
• Start date: November 9, 2026
• Weekly pay: $2,348
• Location: Peterborough, NH

What You'll Do

You will provide direct patient care on our Med Surg/Telemetry unit, monitoring cardiac rhythms and managing patients with various medical and surgical conditions. You will be expected to float as needed to support unit operations. No on-call responsibilities are required for this role.

Requirements

• Current New Hampshire nursing license with verification documentation
• Minimum 2 years of recent Med Surg or Med Surg/Telemetry experience
• Current BLS (AHA) and ACLS (AHA) certifications at time of submission
• Med Surg or Med Surg/Tele skills checklist completed
• One supervisory signed reference from the past year of employment
• Permanent address must be 50+ miles from facility

Preferences

• Previous travel nursing experience highly preferred
• Previous experience in a critical access hospital highly preferred
