Villa at Traverse Point is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a contract therapy rehabilitation position. You will deliver occupational therapy services in a patient-centered rehab environment, helping individuals regain independence and improve their daily living skills.

Your Role

• Provide occupational therapy assessments and treatment interventions to patients in the rehabilitation setting
• Work with patients on functional mobility, self-care activities, and adaptive strategies for independent living
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary therapy team including physical therapists, speech therapists, and nursing staff
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans to support recovery goals
• Support patients in achieving meaningful functional outcomes and return to community living
